MOSCOW, May 26 (PRIME) -- More than half of Muscovites were out as of 1.10 p.m. local time on Tuesday, according to a lockdown index by Internet company Yandex, which showed 1.7 on a five-point scale.
The indicator stood at 3.2 as of 7.50 a.m.
Yandex launched the index in late March with a scale starting at zero, meaning many people are out, to five, when everyone is at home.
